{"id":5574,"date":"2026-01-14T12:42:43","date_gmt":"2026-01-14T10:42:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mobilefutures.fi\/?page_id=5574"},"modified":"2026-07-31T09:54:47","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T06:54:47","slug":"registration","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mobilefutures.fi\/fi\/etmu-2026\/registration\/","title":{"rendered":"Rekister\u00f6inti"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-post-title\">Rekister\u00f6inti<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The registration will be open between 16th of September and 15th of October 2026.<\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conference fee<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">The fee includes access to the research programme at the conference as well as refreshments during coffee breaks. <br><br>The conference fee is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ETMU member 80 euros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-ETMU member 130 euros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doctoral researcher 110 euros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s and Master&#8217;s student 55 euros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NGO&#8217;s, unemployed 80 euros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ETMU membership costs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members 30 euros<br>Students 20 euros<br>Supporting members 50 euros<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/etmu.fi\/en\/membership\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/etmu.fi\/en\/membership\/\">Apply and pay for membership here<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:64px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">fee waiver requests<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are unable to pay the conference registration fee, please contact us well in advance\u2014at least two weeks before the registration deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send an email to&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"mailto:hello@mobilefutures.fi\">hello@mobilefutures.fi<\/a>&nbsp;including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Position<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A brief explanation (max. 50 words) of why attending the conference would benefit you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please use the subject line: \u201cRequest for a fee waiver.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fee waivers are limited. If the number of applicants is high, waivers may be allocated by raffle. <strong>Deadline for applying: 30.9<\/strong><br><br><strong>Important: If you apply for a fee waiver, please do not register for the conference until you have received our decision.<\/strong> We will contact all applicants by the latest on the 5th of October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please note that the fee waiver covers only the conference registration fee.
