Tutkimme osallisuuden haasteita ty\u00f6ntekij\u00f6iden, ty\u00f6yhteis\u00f6jen ja ty\u00f6nantajien n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmista. T\u00e4ss\u00e4 ty\u00f6paketissa yhdist\u00e4mme n\u00e4k\u00f6kulmia eri ryhmilt\u00e4, joilla on kokemuksia erilaisista ty\u00f6paikoista tai rekrytoinnista, sek\u00e4 rajojen sis\u00e4ll\u00e4 ett\u00e4 niiden yli.
