M\u00e5ngfald, f\u00f6rtroende och tv\u00e5v\u00e4gsintegration (Mobile Futures) \u00e4r ett tv\u00e4rvetenskapligt, handlingsorienterat forskningsprojekt som str\u00e4var efter att fr\u00e4mja ett r\u00e4ttvist och inkluderande samh\u00e4lle genom att fokusera p\u00e5 integration som en f\u00f6rtroendebaserad, tv\u00e5v\u00e4gsprocess. Den v\u00e4gledande principen \u00e4r att ett r\u00e4ttvist och inkluderande samh\u00e4lle \u00e4r mer motst\u00e5ndskraftigt n\u00e4r det st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r de utmaningar som de demografiska f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna inneb\u00e4r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobile Futures betonar vikten av socialt och institutionellt f\u00f6rtroende i utvecklandet av goda demografiska relationer. Projektets huvudsakliga teoretiska ram \u00e4r h\u00e4mtad fr\u00e5n kritisk integrationsforskning som utmanar befintliga integrationsmodeller d\u00e4r samh\u00e4llet framst\u00e4lls som neutralt och integrationen som ett ansvar - och ofta ett problem - enbart f\u00f6r invandrare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forskningen \u00e4r uppdelad five Work Packages (WPs),<\/a> together producing an interdisciplinary approach to the study of trust. The WPs focus on law (WP2), information (WP3), labour market (WP4), everyday encounters (WP5), and futures (WP7), which we consider to be crucial for increasing social and institutional trust in society, and, ultimately, for improving societal preparedness for the challenges brought by demographic changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diversity, Trust, and Two-Way Integration (Mobile Futures) \u00e4r ett sex\u00e5rigt forskningsprojekt som finansieras av R\u00e5det f\u00f6r strategisk forskning (RSF) som inr\u00e4ttats inom Finlands Akademi. Konsortiet koordineras av \u00c5bo Akademi tillsammans med Ule\u00e5borgs universitet, Migrationsinstitutet i Finland, \u00c5bo universitet och Diakonissanstalten. Mobile Futures \u00e4r en del av SRC:s forskningsprogram Demographic Changes \u2013 Causes, Consequences and Solutions (DEMOGRAPHY)<\/a>, 2021\u20132027.
