Arbetspaketet granskar hur implementeringen av de befintliga nationella r\u00e4ttsliga best\u00e4mmelserna och Finlands internationella f\u00f6rpliktelser g\u00e4llande m\u00e4nskliga r\u00e4ttigheter sammanfl\u00e4tas med institutionellt f\u00f6rtroende. I arbetspaketet unders\u00f6ks f\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta hur f\u00f6rtroende konstrueras i best\u00e4mmelserna och diskussionerna om r\u00e4ttsliga reformer av invandringslagstiftningen i Finland, och f\u00f6r det andra hur migranters och icke-migranters erfarenheter av r\u00e4ttssystemet p\u00e5verkar f\u00f6rtroendet f\u00f6r institutionerna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f6r att unders\u00f6ka den r\u00e4ttsliga konstruktionen av f\u00f6rtroende i diskurser om invandringslagstiftning, kartl\u00e4gger och analyserar arbetspaketet de v\u00e4sentliga f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringarna i invandringslagstiftningen i Finland 1995-2021 med hj\u00e4lp av kvalitativ inneh\u00e5llsanalys och kritisk diskursanalys.
