Registration

Conference fee

The conference fee is:

  • ETMU member 80 euros
  • Non-ETMU member 130 euros
  • Doctoral researcher 110 euros
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s student 55 euros
  • NGO’s, unemployed 80 euros

The fee includes access to the research programme at the conference as well as refreshments during coffee breaks. Lunches are at one’s own expense. The dinner on 5th of November costs 45 euros. The pre-conference for doctoral researchers on the 4th of November is free of charge, but requires registration.

Members 30 euros
Students 20 euros
Supporting members 50 euros

Payment of the conference fee

Please note that the payment of the conference fee and possible dinner fee is made when registering for the event. Registration is binding and non-refundable. 

Paytrail has the following payment methods:

  • All Finnish online banks
  • Visa, Mastercard and American Express
  • MobilePay, Siirto, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Fee waiver requests

If you are unable to pay the conference fee, please contact us well in advance—at least two weeks before the registration deadline.

Send an email to hello@mobilefutures.fi including:

  • Your name
  • Affiliation
  • Position
  • A brief explanation (max. 50 words) of why attending the conference would benefit you

Please use the subject line: “Request for a fee waiver.”

Fee waivers are limited. If the number of applicants is high, waivers may be allocated by raffle. Deadline for applying: 30.9

Important: If you apply for a fee waiver, please do not register for the conference until you have received our decision. We will contact all applicants by the latest on the 5th of October.

Please note that the fee waiver covers only the conference fee. It does not include the conference dinner, accommodation, travel, or any other expenses.
