Registration

The registration will be open between 16th of September and 15th of October 2026.

Conference fee

The fee includes access to the research programme at the conference as well as refreshments during coffee breaks. The prices include VAT.

The conference fee is:

  • ETMU member 80 euros
  • Non-ETMU member 130 euros
  • Doctoral researcher 110 euros
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s student 55 euros
  • NGO’s, unemployed 80 euros

ETMU membership costs:

Members 30 euros
Students 20 euros
Supporting members 50 euros

fee waiver requests

If you are unable to pay the conference registration fee, please contact us well in advance—at least two weeks before the registration deadline.

Send an email to hello@mobilefutures.fi including:

  • Your name
  • Affiliation
  • Position
  • A brief explanation (max. 50 words) of why attending the conference would benefit you

Please use the subject line: “Request for a fee waiver.”

Fee waivers are limited. If the number of applicants is high, waivers may be allocated by raffle. Deadline for applying: 30.9

Important: If you apply for a fee waiver, please do not register for the conference until you have received our decision. We will contact all applicants by the latest on the 5th of October.

Please note that the fee waiver covers only the conference registration fee. It does not include the conference dinner, accommodation, travel, or any other expenses.
