Bio

Magdalena Kmak completed her PhD degree in International Law at the Institute of Law Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences in 2009. Currently, Kmak works as Professor of International Law, with specialization in Migration and Minority Research at Åbo Akademi University. In Mobile Futures, she acts as the Project PI. Her fields of expertise include law and mobility, exile studies and history of migration, public international law, human rights and international and European refugee and migration law.
