Bio

Liselott Sundbäck holds a PhD in Social Policy and graduated from Åbo Akademi University in 2024. In her Phd she specialized in trust and forced migration in the local welfare state. She focused on how trust and distrust are shaped in everyday institutional encounters in forced migrants’ lives. In Mobile Futures, Sundbäck is researching trust and distrust among stay-at-home parents as part of WP5. She is especially interested in place- and space-bound trust and how we are able to explore trust trajectories through participatory research methods.
