Participatory research in migration studies raises key ethical and methodological questions. At the Nordic Migration Research Conference, scholars discussed the unpredictability and ethical challenges of these methods. They also explored arts-based approaches to build trust and called for better integration of artistic outputs into academic analysis and reporting.
